OUR POLICIES

Please read through our policies before registering for a class:

  • AGE LIMITATIONS: Only guests 21+ are allowed for this class. Each guest must present valid photo ID for entry.
  • PUNCTUALITY: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes delays happen. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate entry 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we kindly request guests to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their booking for registration. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
  • REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: 2+ days prior to your booking: You may request 1 (one) free courtesy reschedule by contacting us.  Within 1-3 days of your booking, refunds are no longer available, and the fee will be charged.
  • GROUP SEATING & PRIVATE RESERVATIONS: If you are interested in a private reservation for your group, please contact us at X so we can provide you with group pricing and special accommodations. Group bookings are not limited to day of week or time.
  • WALK-INS: Reservations are required, but you may make them the day of by using the following reservation link!
