What can I expect from the event?
Grab a prehistoric passport and join 50+ giant moving dinosaurs in our walk-thru safari on a globetrotting expedition at Dino Safari, a dino adventure for the whole family. Explore the seven continents that once formed Pangea during the Age of Reptiles, encountering fascinating creatures like the mighty T. rex from North America and the amphibious Spinosaurus from Africa. Learn about the evolution of dinosaurs, their habitats, and the discoveries made by paleontologists about their lifestyles. Dino Safari features fossils, interactive games, cutting-edge research, and a wide variety of advanced animatronic dinosaurs. Experience the excitement as you measure up to the colossal T. rex and race a Raptor.

This is an indoor experience.
How long does the experience last?
On average, it takes about 30-45 minutes to walk through the entire experience. Visitors are welcome to take less or more time to enjoy all of the dinosaurs in the experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event, but there are restaurants conveniently located in CambridgeSide shopping mall.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking available at the mall.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes, there is VR available.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
You can purchase merchandise at our retail store located at the exhibition.

Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For the safety of all guests, firearms, knives, mace, or any item that could be used to inflict harm (at the discretion of venue management) are prohibited in our venue. Firearms are not allowed, regardless of carry permits or licenses, including for off-duty law enforcement.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe lights are present in the Exhibition. Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the Exhibition features ambient music, sound bites, non-strobe flashing lights, motion-triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
At times throughout the exhibition, there are benches.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Cambridge Security is available for any Lost & Found inquiries.
Is coat check available?
Yes, this venue will have a bag/coat check available for a fee per item.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience, and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Please note: double-width strollers aren't permitted.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
